LEVIGAIT LLC.’S GUARANTEE AGAINST DEFECT IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP:

Limited Warranty for the Life of the Merchandise: Levigait Systems are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the life of the system (3 years from the date of sale by Levigait LLC. or one of its approved distributors). Levigait LLC. will replace or repair, at its option, any Goods proven defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. This is the sole remedy for breach of warranty. Color fade and color difference are not warranted. This warranty is void if the defect is caused by improper use or maintenance of the Goods or use in a non-approved manner. The user assumes all liability of product if care instructions are not adhered to, product is damaged, or used beyond date of service. 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN REPAIRED OR ALTERED BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE SELLER IN A MANNER THAT SELLER DETERMINES ADVERSELY AFFECTS ITS PERFORMANCE OR RELIABILITY OR SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, NEGLECT, LACK OF MAINTENANCE OR ACCIDENT AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO OTHER PROPERTY OF PURCHASER, LOSS OF USE OR DOWNTIME, LOSS OF PROFIT OR GOODWILL OR ANY INCIDENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Purchaser assumes all liability for use after service life has been exceeded.
