What Levigait expects from the trial recipient:
Trial recipient agrees to: Use and care for the People Mover system and Carry bag in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Trial period is for 60 days and may only be extended upon mutual agreement. Failure to return the People Mover system and bag upon request, in resalable condition, may result in Trial recipient being responsible for the repair or replacement of the product.
Trial recipient further agrees to assume responsibility for return shipping to Levigait LLC. Cost is generally about $10.
Trial recipient also agrees to receive emails with training assets, care and use instructions, and reference materials as needed for the safe use of the People Mover system. If you have questions or concerns, we look forward to receiving a phone call or email from you to address your concerns.
What can you expect from Levigait?
The People Mover will arrive with protective transport and storage bag, Care and Use instructions, and business cards with personal contact information for stellar customer service and questions.
We will also provide via email: training video links and other care and use reference materials.
Your contact or personal information will not be sold or used for any other purpose than communications between the recipient and Levigait. We value your privacy.
